Residential
Applies only when the following are true: Property is the owners primary residence; Owner pays directly. If any tenant, rental income, or property manager is involved, residential pricing does not apply.
Sinks, Tubs, Showers
Price is $175 to $225.
Main Sewer Line
starting at $250
Camera Inspection
If you want an inspection after clearing the main line, it's an additional 200. Stand-alone Inspection are between 250 to 350. We can also locate the camera to get an idea of the location if any problems are found.
